利用規約
この規約は、100 Games Lab（以下「当方」）が提供するすべてのアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件です。表示名を自分で決めるアプリでは、名前を決める前に、アプリの中でこの規約への同意をお願いしています。
表示名は、対戦の相手や順位表でほかの人に見えます。悪口・差別・性的な言葉・個人情報・なりすまし・宣伝は使えません。当方は不適切な内容を許しません。守られていない名前は表示を止めます。困った相手は、アプリの中で通報・ブロックできます。
1. 使えない名前と、してはいけないこと
表示名（自分で入力する名前）には、次のものを使えません。対戦などでの行為も同じです。
- いやがらせ — 悪口、人をおとしめる言葉、脅し、特定の人へのつきまとい
- 差別・憎悪 — 人種・民族・国籍・宗教・性別・性的指向・障害などを理由に、人を攻撃したり差別をあおったりする言葉
- 性的な内容 — 性的な言葉、わいせつな表現
- 個人情報 — 本名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス・学校名・SNS のアカウントなど、自分やほかの人が分かるもの
- なりすまし — ほかの利用者・有名人・会社・当方のふりをすること
- スパム — 宣伝、勧誘、URL、意味のない文字のくり返し
- 違法な行為・暴力・薬物・自傷をあおる言葉
- 改造・自動操作などの不正で、記録や対戦の結果を操作すること
2. 当方の対応
- 入力のときに、一部の言葉は自動で使えないようにしています。
- 通報はすべて当方が確認します。
- この規約に反する名前は、予告なく表示を止め、または削除します。不正な記録も削除します。
- くり返し反する場合は、対戦や順位表への参加を止めることがあります。
3. 通報とブロック
対戦の相手や順位表に不適切な名前を見つけたら、アプリの中から通報できます（バトルクイズロワイヤルでは名前を長押し）。同じ操作で、その相手をブロックして、以後あたらないようにできます。ブロックした相手の情報は端末の中にだけ残り、当方へは送りません。
アプリから通報できないときや急ぎのときは、下の連絡先までお知らせください。
4. 情報の取り扱い
表示名・通報の内容などの取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めています。
5. ゲーム内通貨（「ニンジン競馬」）
「ニンジン競馬」で使う「ニンジン」は、ゲームの中だけの点数です。
- 販売していません。購入することはできません
- 現金・電子マネー・景品・他のサービスの通貨に交換することはできません。順位表の上位の方へ賞品もお出ししません
- 実際の馬券の購入とは関係がありません。本アプリから馬券を購入することはできません
- 不具合や不正が見つかったときは、残高や順位を調整することがあります
6. 規約の変更
この規約は必要に応じて変更します。変更したときはこのページでお知らせし、アプリの中で改めて同意をお願いすることがあります。

Terms of Use
These terms apply to all apps provided by 100 Games Lab ("we"). In apps where you choose your own display name, we ask you to accept these terms in the app before you choose a name.
1. Names and behaviour that are not allowed
Your display name (a name you type yourself) must not contain the following. The same applies to what you do in matches.
- Harassment — insults, demeaning words, threats, or targeting a specific person
- Hate — attacking people or promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar
- Sexual content — sexual or obscene words
- Personal information — a real name, address, phone number, email address, school, social media account or anything else that identifies you or someone else
- Impersonation — pretending to be another player, a celebrity, a company or us
- Spam — advertising, solicitation, URLs or meaningless repeated characters
- Anything that promotes illegal acts, violence, drugs or self-harm
- Manipulating records or match results by cheating (modified apps, bots and the like)
2. What we do
- Some words are blocked automatically when you enter a name.
- We review every report.
- Names that break these terms may be hidden or removed without notice. Falsified records are removed.
- Repeated violations may result in being excluded from matches and standings.
3. Reporting and blocking
If you see an inappropriate name as an opponent or in the standings, you can report it in the app (in Battle Quiz Royale, long-press the name). From the same menu you can block that player so you are not matched with them again. Players you block are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.
If you cannot report in the app, or it is urgent, contact us at the address below.
4. Your information
How we handle display names and reports is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. In-game currency (Ninjin Keiba)
"Carrots" in Ninjin Keiba are points inside the game only.
- They are not for sale and cannot be purchased.
- They cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, goods or any other currency, and no prize is awarded for placing high on the leaderboard.
- The app is not connected to real betting and no betting ticket can be bought in it.
- We may adjust balances or standings if we find a bug or abuse.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be announced on this page, and we may ask you to accept them again in the app.
